Yes. The CBD used in our products contains less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis, which is the legal amount allowed by the USDA, Section 7606 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 also known as the “Farm Bill”.

Yes, it may. Drug tests vary as to what compounds are being analyzed, so we are unable to make any claims or guarantees regarding use of our products and drug tests.

Yes. Our distributor tests all raw materials and finished products through independent third party laboratories.

A tincture is a liquid oil extract that is taken sublingually (under the tongue).

If stored properly, tinctures and capsules are best consumed within 12 months of purchase.

All of our products should be stored in their original containers in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight. Do not use the product if the safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.

No. Our products are only intended for use by adults whoa re 21 or older.

No, but we can ship to 39 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

There’s NO standardized amount for CBD.

All bodies metabolize differently so talk to your healthcare professional familiar with your goals so you can discuss a dosage target that works best for you. It may take some testing to determine what the right amount is for your body, based on your goals. It is recommended to start with less and work your way up to a dosage that achieves your desired effect.

Place the desired amount under the tongue (also known as a “sublingual” administration) and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing. Sublingual ingestion is known to be faster-acting than capsule ingestion and results in greater absorption of CBD.
